We are seeking a patent prosecution attorney. Responsibilities include patent drafting and prosecution primarily in software and network technology. Preferred candidates should be registered before the USPTO as a patent attorney and admitted to the California Bar with a BS or higher in physics, electrical engineering, or computer science.
